In 2013, we launched a concept called “Best Restaurants in St. Louis.” The idea was to be St.Louis’s local guide to the best restaurants in St.Louis. We love everything about our city, particularly the food. What started as a simple Facebook page detailing our foodie adventures; has grown into a social media presence with over 100,000 followers.
This year we decided to take our journey a step further by launching this blog. We hope that you come back weekly to discover new restaurants and delicious recipes inspired by them. We absolutely love our city and we hope that after visiting our blog you love it a little more too… or at the very least we get your stomach’s rumbling!

Rose Woodward – Founder of Best Restaurants in St.Louis
Rose started Best Restaurants in St.Louis during her senior year in college. She has one mission: to spread her love of all the amazing restaurants St.Louis has to offer. Rose is no stranger to the food world, in fact, she is the fourth generation to work in the industry. Because of her Dad’s profession, she spent the majority of her life eating out at St.Louis’ best restaurants. After college, she decided to return to her roots and work for the family business. During the day she works with chefs and restaurant owners crafting the perfect menu, while at night she works on spreading the word about the great restaurants she visited.

The newest member to the Best Restaurants in St. Louis team! Born and raised in Los Angeles, she moved out to the midwest to attend Lindenwood University and cheer on her hometown team… until they left and forgot to take her with them. Settling in to being asked where she went to high school, why she’s here, and what’s so great about In-N-Out, she feels she’s finally carved a spot out for herself here in the Lou. Her favorite activities include eating all the food from the photo shoots, making terrible jokes/ literary references that only she laughs at, and going on adventures with her rescue pup Oliver.
